How long will my order take?
The standard turn-around time is two weeks.
Why is my order not sent immediately?
While every effort is made to despatch your order as soon as possible, please bear in mind that all garments are specifically made to order!
Can my order take longer then two weeks?
Due to high volumes, at different times of the year orders may take up to four weeks from the date of ordering to the date of dispatch. You will receive emails keeping you informed as to the progress of your order.
I’m not sure of my size!
I don’t know my size, what do I do?
Have a look at your size guides. They should help you. You can use them to compare our sizes with the sizes of garments you own and like the fit of. Please feel free to contact us for any help you might need.

We ship world wide.
What does ships cost?
All you orders are shipped free no matter where you life on the planet.
How is my order shipped?
Delivery is by the standard postal service.
Do you have any other shipping methods?
We also offer registered post at an additional cost. This can be selected as an ‘add to cart’ option on each product page. Registered post costs a flat fee of €20 per order. This does not cover the full cost of the registered post but is merely a contribution towards upgrading the sending of your order this way. Registered port includes a tracking number and insurance.
What if I’m not happy?
If you’re not satisfied with the quality with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days, unworn and in it’s original packaging, for a full refund. The cost of return post is the buyers responsibility.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Please note that refunds are usually not issued if the size(s) supplied are incorrect! If you require assistance with sizing, please contact us, and one of our team will be only too happy to help. If you do happen to order the wrong size, in certain circumstances, returns are accepted and will be replaced by a similar garment(s) of your newly indicated size; however a restocking charge of 10% applies to all returns, and the customer is responsible for the postage cost of the replacement garment(s).
